Our Services

Apps That Help operates a collection of web applications including Baseball Scorecard (baseballscorecard.app), HOA Newsletter Generator (hoanewsletter.app), Promptular (promptular.app), and CutContour (cutcontour.app), and Pool Clarity (poolclarity.app). Each app offers a free tier with core functionality and an optional one-time Pro upgrade for additional features.

Accounts

Some of our apps require you to create an account. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials. You must provide accurate and complete information when creating your account. You may delete your account at any time through your account settings.

Pricing and Payments

Our apps use a freemium model. Free tiers are available at no cost and include core functionality. Pro upgrades are available as one-time lifetime purchases. There are no recurring subscriptions or hidden fees. All prices are displayed in USD. Payments are processed securely through Stripe.

Refund Policy

All sales are final. We do not offer refunds on Pro upgrades. Our free tiers are designed to let you fully evaluate the app before purchasing. If you have questions about what Pro includes, please contact us before purchasing.

Acceptable Use

You agree not to misuse our services. This includes attempting to gain unauthorized access to our systems, using our apps to distribute harmful content, interfering with other users, or using automated tools to scrape or overload our services.

Intellectual Property

All content, design, and code within our apps is owned by Decal Venue, Inc. You retain ownership of any content you create using our apps (scorecards, newsletters, prompts, etc.). You may export and use your content however you choose.

Limitation of Liability

Our apps are provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We are not liable for any damages arising from your use of our services. Our total liability for any claim related to our services is limited to the amount you paid for the specific app in question.

Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms of Service from time to time. Continued use of our services after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
