Refund Policy

MerryWrap calendars are one-time purchases made through Apple's App Store or Google Play. There is no subscription, so there is never anything to cancel and you are never charged again. All sales are final on our side, because Apple and Google handle every payment and every refund. We cannot issue refunds ourselves.

Bought on iPhone

Request a refund from Apple at reportaproblem.apple.com. Sign in with your Apple Account, find the MerryWrap purchase, and choose to request a refund. Apple decides every request.

Bought on Android

Request a refund through Google Play: open your order history at play.google.com or in the Play Store app, find the MerryWrap purchase, and follow the refund steps. Google decides every request under its refund policy.
