Terms of Use

These terms cover your use of MerryWrap, a puzzle advent calendar app made by Apps That Help, a brand of Decal Venue, Inc. ("we" or "us"). By downloading or using MerryWrap you agree to them. If you downloaded the app from Apple's App Store, Apple's standard license terms also apply.

Using the app

We give you a personal, non-transferable license to use MerryWrap on devices you own or control, for your own enjoyment. Please do not copy, resell, reverse engineer or redistribute the app or its puzzles, art or writing.

What is free

Anyone can play doors 1 to 5 of each year's calendar, three sample boards, three days of Santa's Workshop, the How to play lessons, and the Christmas in July doors when that event runs.

Calendar purchases

Each year's advent calendar is a separate one-time purchase. For example, The 2026 Calendar unlocks doors 6 to 25 of the 2026 calendar and Santa's Workshop, and you keep the 2026 calendar for good. Next year's calendar is its own purchase, only if you want it. There is no subscription and nothing renews. Santa's Workshop comes with any calendar you own at no extra cost.

Purchases are processed by Apple or Google under their terms. On iPhone, Family Sharing lets people in your family group use a calendar you bought. You can restore purchases on a new device with Restore Purchases in the app.

Changes to the app

We may update MerryWrap to fix problems or add features, and some content (such as help text, event dates and Elf Mail notes) is updated from our server without an app update. We will not take away a calendar you bought.

No warranty

MerryWrap is provided as is. We work hard to keep it running well, but we cannot promise it will always be available or free of errors.

Limitation of liability

To the extent the law allows, our total liability for any claim about MerryWrap is limited to the amount you paid for the purchase the claim relates to.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida, United States.
